How team ordering works today

There are two ways to do it. In both, each person pays $39. We don't combine orders, and we don't discount them.

Option 1: everyone orders for themselves (recommended)

1. Agree on a look. Every Fylvy order includes the same 10 looks: classic gray studio, bright white studio, modern office, outdoor, city street, library, dark executive, creative casual, tech startup, and medical/professional. Pick the one your team page will use. Classic gray studio, bright white studio, modern office and dark executive are the plain backgrounds most directories and team pages expect.
2. Share the link. Send your team to fylvy.com/start along with the look you chose and a link to our selfie guide.
3. Each person orders. They upload 8–20 selfies, answer a few quick questions so the photos match them (hair, facial hair, glasses, and a head covering if they wear one for religious or medical reasons), and pay $39 through Stripe. No account or password is needed.
4. Each person picks their photo. Their private results link arrives by email, usually within about an hour. They choose the best photo in the agreed look and send it to whoever updates the team page. They also keep the other 39 headshots for their own LinkedIn, email signature or speaker bio.

This keeps everyone's selfies and results private to them, and each person can use their own free redo or refund if they need to. The results link goes only to the email that paid, so a manager does not see anyone's selfies.

Option 2: one person orders for a colleague

Our terms allow you to make headshots of another adult only if they've given you permission. You can't upload photos of anyone under 18 or of anyone who hasn't agreed. If a colleague would rather you handle it, collect their selfies with their consent, place an order for them, and pass the results on. Each order is for one person, so a team of five means five orders of $39. There is no combined checkout and no discount for placing those five orders yourself.

Keep in mind that the results link and any redo or refund requests go through the email used at checkout, so Option 1 is usually simpler for everyone. If you do order for a colleague, use an email they can access, or be ready to forward the link.

What each person gets

Every person gets the same individual order. Nothing in this table changes because they work together.

The 10 looks in every order are classic gray studio, bright white studio, modern office, outdoor, city street, library, dark executive, creative casual, tech startup, and medical/professional. Four photos in each. The person keeps all 40, not only the one the company publishes.

What Fylvy doesn't offer for teams (yet)

Here's what you won't get today. These are current limits, stated once so you can decide before anyone pays:

• No team billing. You can't buy for a group in one transaction or get a single invoice for everyone.
• No volume discount. Every order is $39, whether it's your first or your fiftieth. There is no team price, and emailing us about a group does not create a discount.
• No admin dashboard. You can't invite people, track who has finished or download everyone's photos in one place.
• No locked brand styles or custom backgrounds. The 10 looks are fixed. You keep the team consistent by agreeing on one of them.
• No SSO, security questionnaires or SOC 2 report.
• No editing tools or 4K files. Photos are sized for online use such as profiles, team pages and email signatures.

If any of these are must-haves, the next section names the services that publish those features. If they aren't, the individual $39 order is enough, and you can send people to the start page today.

When a team platform is the better choice

Several AI headshot companies have built products specifically for company rollouts. Here's what three of them publish on their own sites. We checked each on October 30, 2026; prices change, so check before you buy. These are their team products, not a reason to expect a Fylvy discount. Fylvy stays at $39 per person.

For a large team, these platforms publish a lower per-person price and an admin workflow. If you're rolling out headshots to 20, 200 or 2,000 people, we'd point you to one of them. HeadshotPro is the one to read if you want invoice or bank transfer and discounts that scale to 1,000 credits. Aragon is the one to read if each person should get an album of 100 and you may need SSO on Teams Pro. BetterPic is the one to read if the per-credit price at 50, 250 or 1,000 people is the decision, or you want locked outfits and CSV invites.

Fylvy remains the individual purchase in that table: $39, 40 photos in 10 looks, no account, no invoice, no discount. That row is the whole team offer.

Who Fylvy works well for

Fylvy is a good fit for teams when:

• you're a small team, such as a practice, agency, brokerage, startup or nonprofit, and only a few people need new photos
• people are remote or on different schedules and a photo day isn't realistic
• you're filling gaps, such as a new hire who needs a photo that matches the existing team page this week
• people don't want to create another account or have their selfies sitting on a company platform
• each person would like to keep their own set of 40 headshots for their LinkedIn and email signature, not just the one the company uses
• you'd rather each person pays $39 for themselves or claims it on their usual expenses than set up a vendor

A four-person clinic that wants the medical/professional look, a brokerage replacing one new agent's photo, or a remote startup that can't get everyone in a room on Thursday: those are the situations this $39-per-person order is for. Agree on the look, send the link, and let each person pick their own frame.

A team platform is a better fit when:

• you need one invoice, a purchase order or central billing
• you want an admin to invite people and track progress
• your brand needs custom backgrounds or locked outfits
• IT or legal require SSO, a DPA or a SOC 2 report
• you're ordering for dozens of people or more and want the volume pricing those companies publish

If that second list is you, use the comparison table and the linked pages, and don't wait on a Fylvy team plan. We don't have one, and emailing about a group will not produce a discount.

Tips for a consistent team page

AI headshots make matching easier, but a few small choices help a lot:

1. Pick one look and stick to it. Classic gray studio and bright white studio are the safest for most team pages; modern office works well for agencies and startups; medical/professional suits clinics.
2. Agree on a dress code. It helps if everyone's selfies show roughly the same level of formality, so ask people to include a few photos in the kind of clothes they wear to work. The looks dress them, but similar selfies keep the set coherent. See what to wear for a professional headshot.
3. Use the same crop. When you add the photos to your site, crop them all to the same shape and head size.
4. Ask for good selfies. Recent photos, only that person, soft daylight, a mix of angles, and no hats, sunglasses, masks or heavy filters. Our selfie guide is worth forwarding.
5. Let people choose their own photo. Everyone has a picture they like of themselves. Letting each person pick their favorite in the agreed look keeps people happy with the page.
6. Plan for new hires. Because anyone can order on their own in about an hour, new team members can match the page on their first day. They pay their own $39. A new hire does not get a discount.

Privacy for your team

Headshots involve people's faces, so it's worth knowing exactly what happens to them. This is the same privacy rule as an individual order. A group does not change it, and a group does not get a shared folder of selfies.

• Selfies are deleted automatically as soon as each person's headshots are created (or immediately if an order fails).
• Each person's private AI model is used only for their own order and its one redo, is deleted on request, and is never kept longer than 1 year.
• Results stay available on each person's private link for at least 30 days, and can be deleted on request.
• We never sell photos or use them to train other AI models.
• Anyone can ask us to delete their photos and results by emailing support@fylvy.com from the address used to pay.

Because each person orders for themselves, nobody else on the team, including you, sees their selfies. If your company needs a SOC 2 report, a DPA or SSO before people upload, use one of the team platforms in the table above. Fylvy does not offer that documentation. The individual deletion rule is what we do offer, and it is described in our privacy policy.
