Copyright Policy

Fylvy respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, email support@fylvy.com with the subject “DMCA Notice”, or mail it to MRSLM Group LLC, Attn: Copyright, 7095 Hollywood Blvd #484, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Include:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. a description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
3. where the content appears on our Service (a link is best);
4. your name, address, phone number, and email;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

We will end access for users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.

Image or likeness complaints

If images of you were made without your permission, see our Acceptable Use Policy for how to report it. We act quickly on these reports.
